Q1:Are you a manufacturer or a trading company？

We are a professional battery manufacturer with 10 automatic lithium battery pack production lines and a professional R&D team. Deeply engaged in the battery manufacturing industry, we strictly control product quality from the source with outstanding cost performance, and provide customized OEM and ODM battery products as required.

Q2:Can I order samples for quality testing?Do you have MOQ?

Yes, we welcome sample orders for performance and quality verification.We have standard and customized products. No MOQ for regular cells, small orders are accepted, and bulk orders enjoy better prices. Please contact us for battery pack MOQ details.

Q3:How do you handle defective products and after-sales support？

Defective rate: Controlled below 0.2% due to strict quality management，After-sales response: Solutions provided within 1 week for quality issues

Remedies: Small quantities of defective products are replaced with new shipments; batch defects are addressed via repair, replacement, or recall as needed

24/7 technical support: Our team assists with installation, troubleshooting, and usage guidance

Q4:What international certifications do your products hold？

All our batteries comply with global standards and hold certifications including UL, CE, ROHS, UN38.3, CB/IEC62133, BIS, KC, PSE, EU and Reach. Market-specific certifications (e.g., IS16893 for India, UL for the US, KC/PSE for Korea/Japan) are available to meet regional regulatory requirements.

Q5:How long can the battery be stored?

At room temperature, the batteries can be stored for up to one year without use. However, to maintain optimal battery performance, we recommend performing a full charge-discharge cycle every 6 months.

Q6:How do you ensure product quality and safety?

We implement strict quality control across the entire production process:
